Refund & Return Policy

Our products are customized and made to order, we do not accept returns or offer cash refunds once an order has been confirmed.

❌ No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer
  • Normal variations in engraving, color, or appearance due to the customized nature of the product
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Wear and tear or misuse of the product

🚚 Damaged Items During Delivery

We take great care in packaging our glass products. However, if your item arrives broken or damaged during delivery, we will offer a refund in the form of a store voucher.

Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
  • Clear photo or video proof of the damaged item and packaging is required
  • The voucher is non-transferable
  • No cash refunds will be provided for delivery damage

❗ Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A defective product, or
  • An item with incorrect customization due to our error

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or store voucher, at our discretion.
